I love this as a slightly grittier once a week exfoliating scrub. I use a small amount on wet skin using circular motions. It has a creamy feel to it that doesn't leave the skin feeling dry and raw. It leaves my face feeling baby soft, hydrated and clean. 100% would (and have) recommend
