We have been remodeling our house for some time and we finally got around to repairing the old 1960’s electrical system. My husband started and finished this install in about ten minutes. I love it! Porch is now lit up, much brighter than the old style originals. Since I put this light on our covered porch I put the cover over the eye that detects light. The look of this lantern fits into my country farmhouse decor. The craftsmanship of this lamp will surely be hanging out on my house for a long time. The product was really nice. It’s pretty easy to install as long as the electrical stuff is already handled. It looks very good, yet very simple.

I was very impressed with the quality, weight, and appearance of the light fixture. I'm currently running it outdoors on my greenhouse, and the light output is perfect.
