These hair skin & nail gummies are pretty good! I used them consistently & realized my hair didn’t feel so thin & my nails would grow faster (atleast that’s what I thought) I am not a fan of the taste or texture. The gummies did get hard pretty quick… overall decent vitamin for the price.

I've tried several different brands of gummy collagen and biotin and this brand works noticeably better than others. My nails are stronger, split and break a lot less. My hair grows faster, and my hair seems thicker. These taste so unbelievably yummy.

the ingredients are quite good, I don’t know if they are effective because I didn’t notice any visible changes, the packaging is interesting, it seems a little too sweet for me.
