These soba cup noodles come in multiple flavours. This Japanese curry flavour is my favourite. They are easy to prepare, simply poor boiling water onto the noodles, let them sit for the specified amount of time and drain with the lid on, then simply add the sachet flavour. They are so full of flavour and filling! Definitely recommend as quick lunch or snack.

These noodles are the GOAT. I cycle through the flavours for my work week, and in a busy NHS Ward office, it's so quick and convenient for me to make with a kettle. I've managed to get all my peers at work on them! (Staff and patients!) They're the best noodle option for sure, perfectly cooked every time (never a soggy or crunchy noodle here) and the lid pour function to drain the water is genius! The seasoning packet at the end is phenomenal! I make mine without broth (as if I'm feeling more like a broth I opt for their ramen line), but some of my colleagues leave in a bit of water for a more "brothy" experience.
