These are so so so so good they practically taste like actual Swedish berries. I managed to convince my boyfriend to try these for his tummy and it was the first time I ever saw him adhere to any "vitamin" taking because he enjoyed these just as much as I do. They do contain sugar and sadly nowhere does it say how much there are in each gummy, but at least you only need to take one a day which means a bottle lasts 1.5 months. I can find them on sale occasionally or they are cheaper on Amazon too if you want to save a few bucks. Results wise, I once had a really bad digestive issue where it felt like I couldn't digest anything well after a trip I took where we were eating too much fast food and I'm really not used to eating like this often. My tummy ached after eating almost all the time once I got home. This never happened to me before but after trying these my stomach got back into a good place. I've tried others but this one seems to contain one of the strains that works for me or maybe a god combination or something. For can$12-13 (usd$10 maybe) these are one of the best tasting, cheapest, longest lasting and most efficient probiotics, gummy or otherwise, so I totally recommend them!
