Works well for me and I have serous sinus issues. My only gripe with these medicines is that the carcinogenic coloring is not needed. I wish they made a dye free option. It's just another thing that we don't think about that is a carcinogen and passively killing us.

Just what I needed to get me though covid. No weird drowsy or disconnected feeling and the taste was minimal. Works really well for it being over the counter.

When I feel a sinus infection coming on along with the aches and pains I reach for this. I love that it has the nighttime as well because sometimes I get a nagging cough that keeps me from sleeping well at night!
