I suffer from an brain condition called IIH, to sum it up it’s extra fluid on the brain that causes me to have extreme pressure headaches. I have medication that keeps me going to but I always have 4head close by. Now it’s not some magical cure that relieves me at all means. But it really does help relieve the pain for a while by masking it. It doesn’t take it away but It makes it more manageable for me to function. It’s got a cooling agent in it that first drew me to it but my body responds better with cold than it does with heat when I’m in pain. I love that it’s small and still lasts forever. Just don’t put too much on or you’ll cry from stingy eyes. I love this product and recommend it to everyone.

Really effective relief from a headache, I suffer with them regularly and this is a life saver! The scent is strong when applied but I find this is important to the effectiveness of the product. Packaging is small but it does go a long way so I find it really value for money at under £5
