Made meatballs for supper tonight with 4c crumbs that were gluten free. I thought the texture was going to be grainy , but they weren’t! Very good .

Texture and flavor are great! I've been making tofu buffalo wings and there was something missing with just plain tofu. Doing a wash and then adding the crumbs to it and into the cast iron or over really know how to pop! I would say everyone should buy this, in bulk!
