I love using these to remove pre-existing color prior to lightening or using a DDL. It removed my jet black demi-permanent color very well and it allowed me to evenly lift my hair. Even though it seems like a tiny amount one packet was enough to cover my entire head (shoulder length hair, medium thickness). I will say it did dry my hair a tiny bit but nothing too crazy. Make sure to use either the color disruptor!!

Malibu CPR is a great product and it's very easy to use. It helps to remove mineral buildup on hair, and it can also help to remove unwanted hair color. It does not have a strong smell, which is a huge plus! In my pictures, you can see the difference in my hair color. It helped to remove old demi-permanent hair color. The picture was taken in the same area with the same lighting. I purchased this product at Cosmoprof.

Works great, lifted out a lot of my red in 45 mins. Hair feels great and it’s a great canvas for my next color. The only thing I don’t like about it is the smell and it lingers, it’s the next day and it still smells. But besides that it’s great, coming from a professional hairstylist of 14 years
