Number one - it has no junk and no corn derivatives!! Bonus - It is absolutely delicious and usable in so many of my personal recipes. Very well balanced. The only complaint is that I haven’t seen any larger size than the 8oz!! I need a larger size and I am pretty sure I am far from the only one!!
