I didn't find these tablets to help whatsoever. I suffer with really bad sleeping patterns and thought these might help with no joy. I guess they will work for some but for me it's a no.

It's good product to try whenever you feel low or not sleeping well. It's soothing and give some relaxing effect. It's easy way to feel better.. it's herbal so safe to use.
