Easy to install, take the back strip off and hold in position for a minute or two, wait overnight and done. I have removed this in the past and its very easy via the pull tab at the back which left no mark on my wall. Mine has held for years on the wall and taken a lot of weight. Its the best brand to invest in. Yes its the most expensive out of the sticky pad brands but its the best, holds the most weight and lasts in terms of longjevity
