I’m actually a genetic counselor, and the direct to consumer dna testing (like 23andme or ancestry.com) are fascinating! I think if you’re curious it’s worth it, but keep in mind that the heath information they give you isn’t always complete. As long as you don’t use it for medical care or decisions it’s a lot of fun to look into it!

Yes I did mine and it’s pretty cool. You can get your AncestryDNA and medical history done through this. It gives you a lot of information about your family’s medical history and what you may encounter as you get older. It’s also good for AncestryDNA too. And it breaks it all down for you too. My sister and mom did Ancestry.com buy it didn’t give the medical history for them. That’s why I choose this one.
