I tried a lot of prenatal vitamins with DHA, and thank goodness there’s an alternative to fish oil! This pill was easy to swallow and had no fishy after taste or smell. I highly recommend for mommas out there looking for an alternative to DHA derived from fish oil! I definitely plan on using this for future pregnancies, haha.
