I was recommended by my dentist this after having mini cavities between my teeth. I would use this after my regular toothpaste at night without rinsing and at my last check up my dentist said my cavities had not grown. Has a mild mint taste

This toothpaste is really good. It's a high strength fluoride toothpaste. The dentist told me that it helps reverse white spot legions...so no cavities. I need to use this 2-3 times a day because I have a very dry mouth due to medication and white spots were appearing. So far so good. Works well and don't need a lot. The only issue I see is that it's expensive.

Colgate prevident 5000 plus booster toothpaste contains a higher amount of fluoride to remineralize therefore strengthen enamel and prevent tooth caries. This toothpaste is used daily preferably before bedtime and in the morning I use regular Colgate. You use a small amount and it foams nicely. The spearmint flavor is good. It’s also recommended for those with sensitive teeth, gum recession or frequent cavities. This is a higher cost toothpaste but if it saves me more trips to the dentist this toothpaste will be a good investment.
