This product works great on my sinuses. As soon as I spray it in my mouth, my sinuses begin to open up. The taste is not great. If you spray on the back of your tongue you don’t taste it as much.

I was going through a monster sinus infection and raided the supplement section of Whole foods and came across this. I was skeptical but was suffering so.i was trying ALL THE THINGS. This spray truly helped me breathe and soothe my throat from the post nasal drip. It really worked. Not the best taste but it isnt bitter. It's tolerable.
