1792 is a wonderful bourbon. All the bottles they make from small batch, single barrel, full proof and even sweet wheat are great bottles with constant consistency. Every barrel pick I have picked up have so much character and balance and though the packaging is classic it is clean and very presentable on a shelf.

I can’t praise this bourbon enough!! It’s incredibly smooth and creamy for a bourbon. Sweet, spicy, with a hint of maybe some fruity notes. The bottle design is nice and sturdy, and gives off elegant vibes. This bourbon paired really nicely over ice with meat and cheeses!
