I decided to make beef stroganoff one night and this was one of the best tasting noodles for this. It’s the perfect wide size egg noodles that are soft for this creamy dish. I basically cooked it for 10mins, then mix it in with cooked ground beef, beef broth, onions, mushrooms, flour then stir in sour cream, sprinkle in salt and pepper. And a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce for flavor but without it is still good. Overall, love and will probably buy it to make this again!
