I use this essential oil in my diffuser and I also put a few drops in the bath. I love the lavender scent because it is super relaxing. The small bottle lasts awhile since I only use a few drops at a time!!

I love using this product to help me relax. It soothes muscle tension if used 3xs a day. The smell is lovely & helps with stress and anxiety. I combine it with peppermint for headaches. Add a couple drops to bath water. Nice affordable oil.
