For Mother's Day, I order my mom this huge Expressions of Pink Large bouquet of assorted flowers that included at least a dozen. The price for this bouquet was $79.99 (not including $20 service charge and $7 in taxes) and I had it delivered to my home two days before so they'd have time to fully bloom. When I saw the delivery, I got confused because I didn't think anyone else had order flowers in my home. It turned out to be my mom's order. I've included the picture of what it was supposed to look like, and what it actually looked like. Please keep in mind, that the total height for the bouquet we received in that extremely zoomed up picture was no more than 15 inches. The vase you see in the picture is the size of a large mug at most. Some of the flowers were dead and limp. A lot of the flowers were browning. I got no more than maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of what was depicted for the price that I paid. I called the 1-800 number and after apologies, they promised they would send out another one to me to replace it, just in time for Mother's Day. It didn't come. I called again and they said they would send it out again, on Mother's Day, it never came. So on the last call, they offered to send it again, AFTER the holiday and I just demanded a refund. I could have gone to the grocery store and made my mom my own large arrangement for a third of the money I spent.
If you order for a special occasion, plan on having a back up.
