I ordered the mothers day bouquet of lilies. I had them send to my grandmother out of state. I paid extra for a card. They were delivered with no card attached so my grandma called all of her kids to find out who sent them. I was very disappointed. The flowers were gorgeous but I paid for that card that wasn't there!
Gorgeous order of two dozen red roses arrived right on time for our anniversary. They came in a beautiful vase with the card attached and displayed for the recipient to read. The flowers lasted for about a week, and although I have had flowers last longer, these definitely held their own! I'd definitely use them again!
Great for the most part. I guess it really depends on the type of flowers you order. I've had amazing flowers be delivered that look exactly how it was in the picture and then had flowers delivered that looked nothing like the pic. Costumer service has always been great though, they fix the problem in a timely manner.
I ordered flowers through this site for my brother-in-law to give my sister for their anniversary. He was in a bind & needed help. So happy l used this site for him. The flowers were beautiful! My sister got to watch them bloom throughout the week & they lived for almost 3 weeks! Will definitely use this business again!
Whether you're browsing or hunting something specific, 1800Flowers' website lets you do both efficiently. Many products can be sized up or enhanced with add-on products, and cards can always be personalized. If you send flowers more than 2x/year, join the Passport Club and it will pay for itself in shipping costs!
This company always provides excellent service and quality products. not only are the flowers beautiful but the chocolates and the stuffed animals as well as vases are always great quality as well. the prices are fair too but I gave them 4 stars because it is somewhat expensive to order flowers. Would use again.
I ordered a plant for my Mom for Mother's Day that was from myself and my sisters. It was very easy to order. I ended up calling since they didn't have the plant I wanted. The rep was super helpful and considerate. Also very patient. We got her an Easter Lily and it was beautiful!!! Thank you for your great service!!
The flowers were OK and delivered on time. I think that I will contact a local florist next time. The variety and freshness would likely be better if I worked with a local florist. The web ordering is simple, but they always seem to add costs, so you can't get any flowers sent for less than $65-$70. Pretty steep.
If you look up the reviews for 1-800-Flowers online, you'll see a bunch of negative reviews. They do have a great selection of options, with everything from flowers for special occasions to gift baskets and food. Their customer service is not the best, so I would choose to get flowers from somewhere else from now on.
I called & placed an order online, the woman I spoke to was amazingly nice & helpful. I sent the flowers to my mother & when she sent me a picture of them back I was a little disappointed, they looked okay but they looked nothing like what I ordered & they didn't look very fresh either. Maybe it was just a bad day???
Q & A
How are their deliveries? are they one time and fresh?
I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
