I bought some flowers for my mom for mothers day this year. She lives 3 hours away so I couldnt make it and felt so bad. So I wanted to get her some gorgeous flowers and they made it SO easy. I paid $50 total and they were totally worth it. They were waiting on her doorstep when she got home from work and she loved them!
I ordered flowers same day for a friend of mine at work who tragically lost her mother on a missions trip in Mexico. We ordered them and although on a budget within a few hours they delivered a beautifully created bouquet to the office. I will absolutely use them again they are fast affordable and the customer service was amazing
I'm a little torn with 1800 flowers. I had one occasion where they called at close of business to tell me the florist didn't make my arrangement so it wasn't delivered. That was a bad experience so they sent me a voucher and I tried them again for Mother's Day. Those were a hit. So I guess it's hit or miss, hence 3 stars
Every Mother's Day I get my mother flowers from 1-800-flowers and it is always a great experience. Her flowers are delivered on time, their prices are affordable, and their flowers always come beautiful and as pictured on the site. I have fortunately never had a bad delivery and will continue to use this company loyally.
I have ordered flowers multiple times for 1800 flowers since Mother's Day last year. The flowers come very fresh and last at least 2 weeks but the arrangements don't always look as full as they are advertised. They have good promotions and deals but realistically they are expensive and I could get a better price elsewhere.
Great site. Easy to navigate. I appreciate they give an option to deliver on a date that is blacked out - they will use a local florist. This helps support small businesses as well, which I really appreciate it. My Memaw loved her flowers and they were very pretty. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
When I need flowers to be delivered on time and at last minute 1800 Flowers goes above and beyond. I can track exactly where my gift is and when it arrives. The flowers are always fresh, beautiful and exactly what I ordered. They prices are fair and they always have good deals. I would use them again without delay.
When I was overseas for Mothers Day, I had a hard time figuring out what to get my mom. Shipping was super expensive where I was located, and one of my friends suggested this site to order from. Not only did they arrive on time, but they were a beautiful bouquet. It was inexpensive, and their website was easy to order from!
The flowers were OK and delivered on time. I think that I will contact a local florist next time. The variety and freshness would likely be better if I worked with a local florist. The web ordering is simple, but they always seem to add costs, so you can't get any flowers sent for less than $65-$70. Pretty steep.
Punctuality! They are always on time. Everything g in perfect conditions and always exceed my expectations. A con is their prices sometimes. Aside from their sale that they have on special occasions, I think they should consider doing something about those prices. Sometimes it's better to buy from the lady in the corner
Q & A
How are their deliveries? are they one time and fresh?
I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
