The flower selection is AMAZING!! I love the favt that they have a large variety of flowers to choose from, my only concern would be the pricing. Its unsually a bit more expensive then other flower shops, also the way they do shipping on holidays blow me. They make u pay an extra amount just to make aure its delivered before 8 pm. The flowers i gave and received from them were beautiful and i would say were also fresh. Its just the pricing, they should consider making cheaper bouquets for consumers who are not fortunate enough to be able to spend on flower arrangements.
I received fresh flowers for Valentines from 1800flowers. They were gorgeous. Presented to me by the delivery driver in a nice box. Inside was a beautfiul boquet of purple Iris and pink Tulips. They were still in buds so when I sent my boyfriend a pic he was disappointed. I was NOT. I knew that receiving them this way meant that they would last a lot longer. I loved giving him and my followers a daily update on their blooming process. The box also came with instruction on how to care for the flowers and several packaged of foods to last throught the blooming cycle.
THE WORST floral service who doesn't even deserve the 1 ⭐️!!! I placed an order for a boutonnière and corsage for a special event for my son. They never delivered the order after I received a confirmation email with the delivery date and checked the tracking several times throughout the day which said "en route". When I called to inquire about my order they said that the "local florist", which they would not give me any information on, could not fulfill my order. No one called me to inform me. I am extremely disappointed and will never use 1-800-Flowers again.
1-800-Flowers has the largest selection of flower arrangements to choose from for any occasion, but I will say they run on the pricer side. But because of selection, ease of use of their website, ability to do same day deliveries and just convenience, they are my go to site. I've had a few issues with them in terms of flowers not being delivered on the expected date or arrangements not looking the way I had expected them to. Customer service is usually easy to deal with and they will often offer a special discount or offer for your next order as an apology.
So I have used 1800 flowers and 1800 baskets before and honestly I won't be using them again. Both times I ordered something went wrong. The first time I sent flowers to my mother In law and the delivery was 3 days late Bc they "forgot to load it on the truck" and when it got there it was the wrong order. The second time I ordered a fruit cheese and cracker basket for my mother in law again I spent 75 on this basket and when it came it was 2 oranges and a box of crackers ... they refunded me my money eventually but I will not be using this company again
Products were a bit pricey to arrive mostly past their prime or heading there. Ordered for my mother for her birthday and they arrived on time but were dead in a couple days. Disappointing. Edited to add that they also keep calling and emailing me to try and get me to order more flowers from them even though I have asked them to stop and expressed my disappointment in my last shipments. This is really why I will not be ordering from them again, send me bad products okay but I don't like being barked at to buy more things afterwards on a regular basis.
I used 1-800 Flowers to send flowers to a teacher I hadn't spoken to since high school. I bought a Groupon for this, and the process of inputting my info to receive credit was exceptionally easy. My only qualm is with some of the wording on the ordering menu, they said to put the phone number of the recipient, or yours if you didn't have access. I put mine in and received a call the next day from a local florist shop asking when I would be home to pick up the flowers. It was confusing, but just a small caveat in an otherwise good service.
I would give this a negative star if I could. I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on her bday. I waited until the time slot was over and called to check on the delivery. They told me that my delivery was out of the range of there shop but could be delivered tomorrow if they transfer my order to a closer shop. They said they saw my order in the morning but just ignored it because it was too far....without telling me or transferring it on their own. Asked for my money back and they offered to upgrade but I was so frustrated I told them no.
My Fiancé and I recently sent my mom 36 roses from 1-800-flowers. The price was great, they arrived on time. The only problem my Fiancé had, was that my mom had to make the arrangement herself. He thought it would have been great if they had arrived already set up. I guess I didn't read the fine print, they most likely have the service where someone shows up with the arrangement. I do recommend them, and will continue to order from them.
I love 1-800-flowers I have received they come in a box with instructions how to put your flowers and vase and food together. It comes with flowers that are kept fresh for delivery and look as new as going into the flower shop. It comes with a vase which are always beautiful. It is like fort knox so you never have to worry about your flowers or vase being ruined. It is great for any occasion. You can order online or call and get everything you want down to the last detail and card info. I would recommend them for all your flower needs and more.

I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
