This service creates a middleman for a process wehre a middleman only complicates and elongates the buying time. It is overly expensive and in my few orders they have overcharged or double charged me and i've had to dispute the charges. It has been disappointing every time.
Ordered two dozen fresh red roses for my Mom on her birthday. She loved it so much. Great quality and they delivered on time and were very friendly and professional. Will be ordering from them again!
Great choice of flowers and good deals that come up for every holiday. I used this for birthday wishes for my grandpa who lives on the other side of the country and they delivered it on the same day.
It's ok. The flowers do arrive on time, but it's extremely pricey, even if you get a Groupon for it, shipping is extremely expensive and sometimes the flowers arrive frozen or the vases are broken.
They offer quick delivery, beautiful flowers, and a great selection. The flowers are always vibrant and "fresh." It's my go to flower shop. I would recommend choosing 1-800-flowers for your needs.
Not sure why I have bought flowers online because I am never impressed with what they send out. I guess it just the convenance of doing it online. I don't think I will be ordering anymore though
great flowers, very affordable, worked with my local florist when my husband was over in Yemen and he sent me the most beautiful flower arrangement just because he wanted to. They are faboulous.
Very very Convenient especially for the next day delivery. I personally think a little over priced. Somethings are so small when you actually receive it. But I’ll still be using hem out of conscience.
Awful. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They took a week to deliver when I paid for next day. Delivery is the biggest fee, not worth the price unless you have to get them delivered.
I sent my mother tulips for Mother’s Day. The ordering process was easy and straightforward but you need to order well in advance to make sure the delivery will be on time. Unfortunately the tulips were delivered completely squashed but I was refunded completely.
Q & A
How are their deliveries? are they one time and fresh?
I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
