Online ordering is way easy. But since you are not ordering in person, you don't really get to see the quality of flowers the person gets. I've had a very bad experience with this. They did not refund me my money on suggested to send a new batch of flowers! Why would I want for them to send me more flowers if they are not the highest quality?
This is the site I always use when sending flowers to friends and loved ones who live out of town. I know that they will get a beautiful arrangement of quality flowers, and that it will be delivered on the day that choose. The prices are a little higher than my hometown local florists, but you are definitely paying for convenience and peace of mind.
Flowers were beautiful. Only bad part about this service is that they gave me incorrect tracking and barely made it to my mom on time before she left her office for the day. I had paid extra for fast delivery but it still made it to her before she left and that's all that matters. The flowers lasted for two weeks and still were blooming.
Not only were the flowers delivered on the wrong day, they did not come with the cute presentation I paid extra for and the company never responded to my emails letting them know or try to resolve the issue. For what I got, I could have gone to the grocery store and bought flowers and just asked a friend to take them to the person I bought for.
The website is very easy to use to browse and make selections. You can create an address book which comes in handy for people you might send multiple arrangements overtime. Sometimes what you order isn't exactly what the person receives, but overall the local florists do a great job. I've never had a problem with any deliveries being late.
1800Flowers really came through in a pinch as a last minute birthday gift. The flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful My mother loved them and is still raving about them. Not to mention, the great deals they had. Next time you are struggling with what to get, definitely take a look at their options.
I wish they had more customization with their bouquet options and more availability for same day delivery, but I guess that gives me to be more proactive so I really can't complain. They have a wide range of options for different occasions and the prices are great and I've never had an issue with delivery. I'll definitely continue to use them.
1800flowers has a large selection of flowers. Many colors and great quality. The website is easily accessible and simple to navigate around. The flowers we received were wonderful and the recipient was more than pleased !
The flowers arrived on time but weren't that great looking. Some of them bloomed right away and others took a little longer - which was nice because it made it last longer, but it was a little disappointing that we didn't get to see them bloom all at once. Over the selection of flowers and vases were good, and the flowers were in good shape.
I love the quality and freshness of 1-800 flowers! Recently I bought a bouquet for my mom and they canceled my order without me ever knowing. I was disappointed to find out when the day had come and passed. Their customer service team is sometimes hard to understand due to language barriers. Other than that the flowers turned out beautiful.

I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
