Delivery was great. Pricey. Everything is outsourced to local shops. Convenient if you don't want to look for a local shop.
The arrangement I ordered didn't look exactly like it was featured in the picture but my mom was happy so it didn't matter!
Used this company for a coworker- ordered with 2 days and came right to our office. Beautiful arrangement but a but pricey.
Great customer service. Connected me with a local florist in the area I was trying to send flowers to and a get well gift.

Q & A
How are their deliveries? are they one time and fresh?
I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
