Horrible experience with this company. Their customer services practices are appalling. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered the same day to one of my best friends who lost a loved one. I found out the next day that she never received the arrangement, called 1-800-flowers and spoke to the representative who stated the flowers were delivered to the wrong place and they would resend. Of course, they still never arrived and after a number of calls I gave up. They kept telling me the flower were delivered when I am positive they were not. They offered me a $25.00 credit on my account (no where close to what I spent). This company made me look bad, it's a shame I trusted them with something so important without any previous experience. Hopefully this review can save someone else from this situation.
