Ordered a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day. Arrived on time with my card. On the pricier side but it is worth it because I've purchased flowers from other websites and they do not get there on time and the flowers don't look as good.
Ordered and fruit arrangement for Mother's Day. My MIL loved her arrangement and said the fruit was fresh and delicious. There was also a Groupon that I got for $15 for $30 worth of flowers which was a pretty good deal. Highly recommend!
I've used 1-800-Flowers on multiple occasions, from anniversaries to Valentine's Day. My girlfriend really liked the arrangement of multicolor roses I got her. The experience has always been great, as they have righted any wrong doing.
I just ordered from flowers.com for my mom on Mother's Day! She loved the bouquet I picked out and all the flowers that came with it! Only thing I didn't like was how fast my moms flowers died! They didn't last longer then a week tops!
I usually send flowers from here, but they delivered my Mother's Day flowers this year almost a week late. They also ran out of bouquets while I had them in my cart which forced me to re- search what I wanted to send 4 separate times.
Had a stuffed monkey and rose plant delivered to a friend after he suffered a stroke. They lived it and I loved the awesome communication before and during delivery. Only thing I could say is I would like fewer promo emails afterward.
1800 flowers has great customer service, my flowers were not delivered on time so I got a $20 credit to my account. The flowers looked great when I recieved a picture of them. They also always have great deals so you can get flowers on a budget if that is what you need to do. The flowers always look like they do in the picture
This is my go to for sending gifts to my family! They always get there on time and they have a great variety for me to select from. I love the add ons like the snacks and bears to add to a set of flowers i send to my loved ones. Thanks
Good for sending flowers to someone you don't care about all that much. The flowers received are usually mediocre at best. They don't have a great quality control grasp on their product. Super expensive for a crappy product generally.
They did what they were supposed to do... deliver flowers. Unfortunately the bouquets never look like pictures and tend to come a little sloppy. I always have to rearrange them... But wait...isn't that what i paid them to do? Hmmmm...
Q & A
How are their deliveries? are they one time and fresh?
I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
