I like that they have a great variety of flowers however their delivery times suck. I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister on her birthday to be sent to her office. They didn't deliver the flowers till 4pm that day which kinda sucked.
It was convenient but a little pricey for the arrangements. You are definitely paying for the convenience, so it's worth it if you are pressed for time. It's nice that they'll deliver anywhere and they often run specials through rewards programs.
They really have great choices and have delivered on time every time I've used them. My only complaint is that the shipping really adds up and sometimes is almost as much as the flowers! They often have good deals or sales which are worth doing.
Arrived on time they looked beautiful once they bloomed I don't shop here a lot but every Mother's Day I do they deliver when my mom is out of state they're beautiful I just love the flowers I recommend shopping here if you need to send flowers
I've always used 1800 Flowers when getting flowers delivered to my Mom for Mother's Day. The arrangements look exactly as displayed online so there won't be any surprises. I just wish they had a way to customize the arrangements a little more...
I used 1-800-flowers to buy a birthday gift for my sister's 30th birthday. The bouquet was delivered on time, and it was fantastically displayed! I would definitely use them again, even if the price was a little high for what I wanted. My sister really enjoyed her basket, and it helped to brighten her 30th birthday!
Very good flower delivery for reasonable price. The flowers come always fresh, quality and in time. Plus, they have a very big variety of bouquets in site and you can choose something pretty for any occasion. I would recommend this service.
I love using 1-800 Flowers. I use them several times a year, and so far it's always been a good experience. I like that you can pay for "Passport" once per year, and then have free delivery (which is usually quite expensive!) for your orders.
Decent fornwhat it is, and good in a pinch if I'm delivering to an area I'm unfamiliar with. If I'm delivering locally, though, I have always found local shops to be significantly cheaper and quicker. Other than the price I have no complaints - the quality of the product has always met or exceeded expectations, and it is easy to order.
My husband ordered me 100 roses. They came way later than they said they would in a day and they had a hard time finding 100 roses because I noticed they were different types of red roses. Vase was too small. Oh and I counted... only 98 roses.
Q & A
How are their deliveries? are they one time and fresh?
I've heard bad things about this company. Are they really that bad?
I have previously received flowers from 1800flowers and some of the flowers were wilted and I was missing a couple of roses from my two dozen. Really disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would like to know how long does this to to be delivered?
I am concerned when ordering fresh flowers online. Have many times when ordering and sending to another city....what you ordered and what the person received is quite different in style and quality....can't control. I prefer to go to a store, see the product and talk to a person.
