Bought these for Halloween. Love the skittles and original starburst. I could take it or leave it when it comes to tropical Starburst but I can see why some people would like them. Not a fan of the gummy lifesavers but other people in my house liked them!
So I'll start by saying we made the mistake of going in during prom season, apparently. Secondly, I thought finding a simple, black bridesmaid's dress would be far easier than it truly is which is obviously my fault. However, the fact that they took walk-in for prom over us really irked me since we had been shooed off over an hour and a half prior. She didn't bother following any kind of order. My fiancée and maid of honor went up to speak to her, obviously perturbed, only then was a fitting room magically available for not only us but another woman who had been waiting. Once in the back the woman seemed annoyed that we were even there and dare ask a question! We went to another chain bridal store which was across the street and were treated amazingly, one woman even sat down and explained what kind of fabric and cut would look best on different body types. I'm not asking for that kind of treatment at all but every staff person seemed like they were annoyed at the customers as soon as they walked in. Unfortunately David's is the cheapest around. I'm still planning my wedding... if I am forced to use them then I will probably take measurements and order online. Then again, I hear customer service all together isn't all that great...
This charity is amazing. I wish I had more time or money to give. Just so everyone knows Ronald McDonald House is an option on the "coin star" machines and they will print out a tax deductible receipt!!!
Definitely a quick and easy chicken saver. We eat a lot of chicken and on nights when I'm not willing to spend a lot of time in the kitchen this is a great go-to. You can also get creative with add-ons if you want ;) (BBQ sauce, ranch powder, etc)
If you're looking for a bar then I like these. If you truly don't have time to sit down for something to eat then grab a water and whatever Luna bar sounds best to you before your daily running around. I realized that waiting on dinner before zumba was making me ill so I started eating a Luna bar in the afternoon and problem solved. Not to mention they tasted good!
What is there to not like about this charity? These people are helping people who don't have access to clean water, a resource everyone needs and deserves. If you have the means to help then why wouldn't you want to?
I LOVE the taste of this water compared to many other bottled water companies out there. I'm not quite sure why it's on the eco badge, however, considering the use of plastic and I KNOW not everyone is recycling.
