This product truly lives up to the name; its extremely dewy. I like the spray on the bottle, as it doesn’t shoot out. It just lightly mists out. It is extremely dewy, so you really don’t need more than one or two sprays. Especially if you’re oily. It has a great scent as well. It’s super refreshing and just feels really nice on the skin. Only downside is the price.
One of my favorite nude shades ever! Also an amazing formula and shape of the lipstick. I thought the shape would be weird for the lips, but it’s actually perfect. I wish every lipstick was shaped like this. The formula is matte and can be a bit drying, but if I apply some lip balm beforehand it’s fine. It applies very smoothly. It’s pretty long wearing unless I eat a burger or oily food. The color is fantastic for me. I have neutral undertones btw. It’s not pastel kind of nude on me either. It really just looks like my lips, but better!
This works the same as any other cleansing oil or balm. It’s nothing special, but nothing horrible either. My reason for not giving it 5 stars is the price. It’s a bit pricier than the Clinique take the day off balm and you get less product with drunk elephant. Also, I am really not a fan of the smell in this cleansing balm. It’s not a added fragrance I don’t think, but it smells bad to me lol. Lastly, it doesn’t really seem to always fully melt in my hands. Sometimes there’s a chunk that doesn’t really melt. But other than that it’s good. It seems to take my makeup off like most cleansing oils/balms.
Really easy to use, and it’s pigmented. But not too pigmented where you can easily overdo your brows. The formula is good as well. I haven’t noticed it coming off throughout the day, however I always use a brow gel. Not sure how it would last without a brow gel. The pencil is stiff, but not too hard to work it. It’s a lot like the ABH brow wiz. My only complaint is the color. It’s pretty good, but I have extremely ashy brows, and it’s so hard to find anything that perfectly matched them. The lingering shade is a bit too warm for my brow color. Not extremely warm, but it is a bit too warm. It’s the perfect color for creating faux freckles tho lol. Or just embellishing your own freckles.
Love this so so much!!! I have heard makeup artists RAVE about this, and I knew I had to try it. It truly is amazing. It is extremely stiff, so you NEED to warm it up on your hand or fingers. I use a small brush for pinpoint concealing, and it covers spots perfectly. It’s so stiff, so it really stays put and doesn’t rub off, which is a problem I have with a lot of concealers. It’s not the best for under the eyes, but if you warm it up and maybe mix it with a cream or something, it’s fine.
Ok I just wanna say that I LOVE the formula and color. It’s soooo pigmented and glides on like a dream, even though it’s matte. I’m giving it 3 stars, because after not much use (and I treat this like gold) the gold part of the lipstick tube came off and it won’t twist up. If this were a cheaper brand, I’d give 4 stars, but this is Pat McGrath. This is a $52 CAD lipstick and that is unacceptable to me. It also happened to my mom’s lipstick that was bought at the same time. We have both barely used these and this has happened. Again, this is an amazing formula and color, but I expect better from brands that have extremely expensive products. Maybe we got a bad batch, but either way this shouldn’t be happening for such a pricey product. This has never happened with any other lipstick brand for me.
I think the spray on the bottle sprays pretty evenly, so I like that. It doesn’t make my hair feel greasy either, as some sprays do. I did feel like it was a bit sticky if any of the product landed on the counter or anything else. I also really am not a fan of the smell; it’s quite perfume-like and is pretty strong. Even after you blow dry your hair, it’s still a bit strong. Not extremely bad, but I can still smell it. I don’t think it was necessary to make it smell as strong as it does.
I just wanna say that I already have hair masks that I love, so I really didn’t expect much from this. I was pleasantly surprised! I’m pretty sure each tube is single use and there’s 15 ml in it, so I thought it would be too greasy to use all of it on my fine hair. I read on the website that it is made so you cannot over apply it, so I applied it all to my hair and it was true; you can’t really over apply it. And I did not apply to the roots, as per instructions. It made my hair feel very soft, and it was very easy to detangle my hair. I also loved that you only need to leave it in for a minute. I don’t think it’s actually doing anything for split ends other than just coating the ends to make it feel nice. But my hair didn’t feel greasy or heavy, it just feels super soft and hydrated. Smells really nice too! I don’t think you NEED to use the whole tube in one go, but it isn’t greasy even if you do.
This is a old favorite of mine. It truly does remove waterproof makeup. If you’ve ever tried any of makeup forever’s waterproof products, you know how hard they are to remove. Which is why their waterproof makeup remover HAS to be good (and it is!!). It has a lotion-like consistency and no smell that I pick up on. It has never burnt my eyes either. I pump some out onto a cotton pad, then put it onto my eye and soak it there (no rubbing) for like 15-20 seconds because I’m lazy. But even after like 8 seconds, it’s removed a lot of my waterproof mascara. I still use my cleansing balms for the rest of my face, but prefer to not do my mascara with, as I find that it’s not as fast as this to remove my waterproof mascara. Also, since it’s not liquidy, it’s really great for travel!
