I knew from a young age that I was born to write. And once I became a mom, the call to live my passion became louder and louder. I finally shut the whaling voices of creativity up by creating dizmommy.com, a little piece of the internet where I could express my truth. I’m a golden state native, wife, mother, and one of five daughters. The rest is history!
The music isn't annoying or loud and it has a setting that will solely play music which is wonderful when you're in the babies room playing with other toys but still want sound. My son started out with a different playmat but I bought this one because I thought the keyboard looked fun. Well good call mom because he prefers this one and it entertains him for a good amount of time that let's me get other things done. Now that he's 7 months old and sitting up he still loves it, only he sits behind the keyboard and pounds on it with his hands. It's cute to watch him enjoy something so much!
I bought the pump thinking I would use it when I went back to work but I have needed it so much more than that. The Medela pump has kept my milk from drying up and has allowed me to pump regularly regardless if my son was hungry, monitor exactly how much he was eating and after using it at least twice a day for 7 months, it still works like it is the first time. I'm surprised but super satisfied with the performance. Highly recommend to anyone looking to breastfeed.
My baby is 20lbs and 7months old but I still use this boppy. It has proven easy to clean (throw the cover in the wash) and serves multiple purposes. We went from using it to feed, sit him in, prop him in during tummy time, and now I use it for a backrest when he's sitting up on his own so he doesn't hurt himself if he falls over. I still use it to feed sometimes when I'm sitting on the ground with him and I have no plans on getting rid of it anytime soon. Simple and low maintenance, it's just what the doctor ordered.
