Cute and humorous name, so points right from the start! ; ) I really appreciate this salve is safe for baby and mom. It's easy to apply and I can obviously tell how much is left in the jar. It may be less sanitary because of the jar packaging, but that doesn't bother me since I'm the only one using it!
I like the convenience of the squeeze-tube. This helped when I was learning to nurse and had sore nipples for about 3 weeks. I continued using this product until we reached the 1 month milestone. My chest felt much better by then. I've heard of mom's using this on baby's chin when they are super slobbery and I may give that a try!
The Boppy pillow for nursing is a JOKE compared to the My Brest Friend pillow! You can easily adjust the MBF pillow to fit snug around your body. This pillow was essential for me as I learned to breastfeed our newborn. The case is very soft for both you and your baby. My baby is at the exact level he needs to latch easily and comfortably nurse. This pillow allows you more comfort than holding your baby solely with your arms. HIGHLY recommend!
These are so inexpensive. I've worn these through my entire pregnancy as well as afterward as I am healing down there. They stick to my underwear great, are a good size, and are easy to find in the store. Definitely recommend.
These work really well for me! I tried going the reusable pads route but they would just fill with milk and start to smell. I was worried the moisture against my chest would grow bad bacteria and cause infection or effect my baby's nursing which I didn't want to risk. These pads wick the moisture away and I'm able to wear a pair through the entire night and then a new pair the entire day. I have a good amount of letdown and leakage and don't need to change the pads during the day which is nice because the price adds up. I like the softness of these pads. I've also tried the Target version of these and, because of the better price, will be buying those instead of these. They aren't quite as soft as the Lansinoh.
I'm still learning how to use this but so far I'm liking it. I believe it was about $14 on Amazon. I've tried using it as a manual pump with not much success but I'm also only 5 weeks into my breastfeeding journey so I'll practice more with it to see if I can express more milk that way. For now I use this to catch the letdown on one side while I nurse or pump the other side! Very cool product! If I needed to pump on the go this would be extremely convenient.
My husband and I are new parents and within 3 weeks of our son's life had already misplaced his changing pad at a store! I got this one from amazon for around $12 I think. The size is great, it folds small so it fits in our diaper bag easily, and it isn't too thin.
