I used TurboTax bc it was one of few tax services that would let me file a 1099-MISC for free. But unfortunately, it did not recognize that sometimes interns get these forms for stipends and the questions it asked me were confusing and treated me like a business owner which was very confusing. I had to call customer service which took forever, of course. But the dude was super nice and taught me a way around the system, but still. Internships are so common now that that should be a built in feature at this point. But my normal tax forms were a breeze to file and I always get money back. :)
I use Instacart to buy grocery for my job and...it can be hit or miss, depending on your shopper/delivery person. Some people get exactly what you need, contact you with questions and bring it right on time. Others will choose off the wall replacements or just flat out bring you nothing. But it is a huge time saver no matter what and my job would be much more stressful without it. I do wish that Instacart could get better product photos and descriptions, however.
For a non-liquid matte lipstick, this has pretty phenomenal staying power and the color payoff is amazing. It's not completely transfer proof but definitely moreso than your average lipstick, and even a tad more than your average matte lipstick.
People that say Halo Top is comparable to or better than Häagen-Dazs are just out of their minds. I purchased this on sale at Whole Foods one day, excited to see what the hype was about, and was SO. BEYOND. disappointed when I got home. The 240 calories a pint do not in anyway make up for the lack of creaminess that is necessary in an ice cream. I knew this was a mistake as soon as I saw how dark it was; more like a sorbet than an ice cream. Not creamy at all. And the fruit flavor wasn't even there enough to be considered a sorbet. An all around fail.
I find Talenti as a whole to be incredibly overrated. And this sorbetto didn't wow me either. The mango flavor was good but I found the entire confection to be entirely too sweet. Almost nauseatingly so. I could only eat a spoonful or two at the time.
I love everything about this ice cream. I love the rich and creamy flavor. I love the perfectly ripe strawberries. I especially love that it has a short list of recognizable ingredients. No other brand sold in stores can hold a candle to Häagen-Dazs.
These are SUCH a problem. Like I can never NOT eat the whole bag in one sitting, they're so good! Like at first they seem kind of meh because they're not very soft, and the flavor is just okay. Nothing to write home about. But it's impossible to eat just one piece because they're so tangled so you just end up stuffing whole handfuls in your mouth and before you know it, the whole bag is gone!
You might think Hi-Chew is just an Asian country's Starbust but you bite into it and realize it's so much more! So juicy and flavorful! I'm not sure of the ingredients, but Hi-Chews taste far less artificial than a Starbust or similar fruit chew. And this one even has kiwi seeds in it!
Oh good lord. I can barely look at Malibu without gagging. It's a trusty favorite for beginner drinkers but once you get a bit older you realize that this stuff is the devil. Way too sweet. Way too little alcohol. Just. Stay away. Don't even use it in a Pina colada. Get some Coco Lopez or something. Anything but this.
