Review for iPSY - 10 months, 1 week ago
Ipsy is a great beauty product delivery service. For just $10 a month, you get 5 makeup and beauty samples plus a cute, free travel makeup pouch. The brands are great - from e.l.f. to Smashbox to Bobbi Brown to NYX; from dry shampoos to moisturizers to lipstick and brushes - the value and quality of each bag is great. I also ordered my sister a subscription for Christmas and she loves it too!
Review for Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup Beef Flavor - 10 months, 1 week ago

Beef is, in my humble opinion, the original and best flavor of the Maruchan Ramen noodles. To jazz them up a bit, I add a hardboiled egg and some scallions if I have them on hand. Most supermarkets carry these individually that you can pick up several for one dollar. Quick and easy meal.
Review for Ardell Runway Lashes - 10 months, 1 week ago
I wore these lashes for my wedding and they were gorgeous. Easy to apply and remove, stuck all day, even after jumping into the pool! I've worn fake lashes several times, but these are definitely the best that I've had. They looked natural and didn't feel irritating on my eye after application.
Tide does an amazing job at cleaning; it's a brand worth paying a little bit more for as I believe it backs up its cleaning power statements. I love this unscented formula; my husband works in a hospital, so the more we can do to minimize harsh scents and perfumes the better.
Review for Ulta - 10 months, 1 week ago
I enjoy Ulta for carrying more everyday and affordable brands than Sephora. Ulta is where I would go to get stocking stuffers and gifts for the makeup maven on a budget. They still carry a wide variety of quality name brand products as well, a leap above the drugstore and mass retailers.
Review for Sephora - 10 months, 1 week ago
I love Sephora for the range of skincare and beauty products they carry. They can be on the pricier side sometimes, but the products are high-quality. Their associates are very knowledgeable and you can sample just about anything in the store before you buy it. If you enroll in the Beauty Insider program, you can earn points with each purchase to trade in for deluxe samples and rewards. Most stores offer makeover and skin consultation appointments and often classes which book up quickly, so reserve online! Sephora offers 2-day flash shipping for a whole year for $10 enrollment, which is definitely worth saving on the shipping costs and speed! Online orders also choose 3 free samples with each order, and there's always a promotion happening as well - it's always a full box with each order! I enjoy Sephora a lot, even as a makeup rookie on a budget.
Review for Venmo - 10 months, 1 week ago
I love Venmo for the ease of requesting and sending money to anyone you know via text. Download the app, connect your bank account, and send and receive money just like that. You can transfer money received to your bank or leave it in your Venmo balance to pay others. Really easy to use.
Review for Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist Deep Conditioner - 1 year, 3 months ago
This has been my go-to deep conditioner since high school (10+ years!). Great price tag, love the squeeze bottle, no conflicting scent, and really adds moisture and smoothness to your hair when used several times per week. Aussie products are the best drugstore brand you can buy.
Review for Queen Helene Mud Pack Masque - 1 year, 5 months ago
Queen Helene mint julep was the first beauty product I ever knew about or had for myself in my own routine. Widely available at drugstores, affordable, great-smelling, and the quintessential green ladies' face mask prep. It definitely leaves your skin clean, though it doesn't have all of the fancy additives other products do.
Review for Perricone MD Cold Plasma Face - 1 year, 5 months ago
I got a sample of this from Sephora because it's super expensive and I wanted to see if it was worth the price tag. Honestly it smells kind of weird, absorbs and leaves skin with an almost sticky feeling, and I didn't really notice ten times the improvement for being that much more expensive than my $15 moisturizer.
