I love a good fake eyelash, for any time of the year. But Halloween is always a good excuse to up the drama. I thought these lashes looked pretty good for their price point. I did wear some thick liquid eyeliner to blend fake lash line in. If you carefully remove them and place them back in the packaging, I was able to rewear them about twice more before they lost their shape.
I love Zara for its edgy style and interesting pieces. I never feel cookie-cutter wearing something from Zara. Their clothing is usually on point. However, there is mix range of prices from affordable to bit pricier, that I can't necessarily figure out the rhyme or reason (more expensive doesn't always mean better quality). However, they do usually have a spectacular sale and you can get a pretty good deal on things. Their stores are usually a mess (ESPECIALLY when there is a sale), no matter what location, what day of the week, or what time you go. Probably the biggest drawback.
Topshop is one of my go-to's for on-trend fashion. It usually costs a little bit more than Forever 21 or H&M but the quality is a little better doesn't seem to fall apart after 2 wears. However, the quality does vary from piece to piece, not to mention the fit, so it's a bit of a gamble on which pieces are keepers versus those that get returned.
This is my favorite cheese to have on hand. Pretty good price on its own, even better price when it goes on sale, and always tasty. Goes well on its own, on a cracker (with a sweet jam like blackberry or a spicy relish like an aubergine pickle), or on a green sandwich. Literally, buy a block every week.
Definitely thicker than regular and greek yogurt, but that's why I like it! It's healthy not too sweet, lots of flavor, but it doesn't feel like I'm healthy, if that makes sense. It's a good "lunch dessert" to satisfy a craving but not throw off your whole diet.
This is my favorite lip balm and use it almost every day. I've tried many other brands (chapstick, vaseline, EOS, etc.) and I always come back to this because not only is it healing but feels great. Not too sticky and light. I even love the peppermint and how it tingles a little bit. Makes my lips feel fresh and soft.
I like this product. I used it to gently wash my face and it did the job. I had a little mascara on, which it did remove.. but other than that, there wasn't anything that seemed all too notable.
In terms of product, I used about a dime sized dab in my palm, wet my hands and my face and gently applied it in circular motions. It didn't foam up, but spread easily and was easy to rinse off. It didn't smell much like anything to me.
I've only tried it once so far, but I'm a little obsessed with this mask. It was a super easy cream to spread on my face and I LOVED how it turned from white to a shiny silver. It just made it that much more fun to a beauty routine.
More than just the novelty of it, my skin very AMAZING after using. I used the mask after showering and left it on for about 30 minutes. It was fairly easy to peel, not pulling at the skin too much and coming off and large chunks. My skin felt super soft and smooth after the mask, not to mention much brighter. I'm not sure if it was "firmer," but I was still happy with the result.
I really like this product! I've been trying to find a good face moisturizer that doesn't feel heavy or greasy but still had an SPF (which largely seems impossible). I tried the Clinique Pep-Start™ HydroRush Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 on a whim, and found that it was great!
I wear it daily, under my makeup (if I feel like putting on makeup that day), and it feels super light on my normal, sometimes dry-feeling skin. I don't notice more breakouts, like some other SPF products have caused in the past.
A small dab goes a long way in coverage which is great because it's definitely not the cheapest option out there. I personally find it bothersome that it's in a little jar, instead of a tub or pump, so the cream always gets stuck under your nail when you're trying to scoop a little out. Minor personal pet peeve, that's obviously not a deal breaker :)
