The only thing this product has going for it is that it does not strip your skin of moisture. I received this product complementary for my honest review. The “exfoliating “ beads are just too much for my sensitive skin to be used on a daily basis. Exfoliating in this manner can cause extreme irritation to your skin and premature aging, an AHA or BHA is way more effective in exfoliating. The second issue I had was the amount of perfume in this product. Fragrance is a known irritant and a big no-no for my sensitive skin. Okay has many wonderful skin care products but for me, this one didn’t cut it.
Sadly this was not a win for me. Besides the fact that it’s packaged in a jar, which allows any antioxidant properties to diminish immediately due to exposure to air, it also irritated my under eye area. I felt an immediate stinging sensation after application. Okay has some wonderful products, unfortunately this is not one of them.
I really liked this set. The lip scrub does a great job of prepping your lips for the lipstick. It has a nice sweet peppermint flavor to it and it’s sweet because of the sugar crystals in the scrub. The lipstick is very emollient and the shade is a perfect nude and would probably look great on all skin tones. Your lips will look very healthy and natural.
When traveling we typically stay at a Hampton Inn. They are typically pretty clean and convenient from the interstate to get to. Most allow dogs which is a huge plus for us as well as free breakfasts. We've been to one in NH that had free happy hour drinks and snacks too!
Most airlines are continuing to go down in service and customer satisfaction in my opinion. I don't expect more that a bag of peanuts and 1/2 cup of ginger ale anymore. I'm just happy to have a safe landing!
