Review for Febreze Air Effects Air Refresher Linen & Sky - 4 weeks, 1 day ago
Pleasantly surprised by the scent of this spray - light and refreshing and not overwhelming. It does a great job of not just mixing in with smells but actually eliminating them from the room. I used this to get rid of Taco Day's smell in the office kitchen and worked really well to freshen up the room!
Review for Bigelow Cozy Chamomile Herb Tea - 1 month ago
Great tea to have right before bedtime. It really hits the spot and gets me relaxed. I always rely on Bigelow for great priced teas and this is one of my favorites

Review for Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Shampoo Powder - 1 month ago
I have been using this for several years and is still my favorite out of all the different dry shampoos I have tried so far. The powder allows for complete control of where you want to apply, much better than the spray.
I have very long hair so I want to make sure the product ends up at my scalp specifically not halfway down my hair!

Has a very light smell and is a blend of aluminum powder and rice flour.

I purchased this dye kit on a whim as I wanted to try a new color in my hair, but wasn't set on a certain brand. The pricing of this (about 10 bucks at Duane Reade) was what caught my eye. I have used Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Hair Color Cream for bright colors in the past as done by a colorist, not at home.

The kit comes with a lightening bleach, which I left in my hair for about 45 minutes. My hair was more of a reddish blonde when washed out, not full platinum, which I am happier about considering how bad bleach is for your hair!

I then left the purple desire dye in the bottom half of my hair for about 3 hours and VOILA! Purple hair!
Currently, it has been in my hair for about 2 weeks now and has faded very gradually and dye bleeds in the shower. Be careful with your hair when wet, the dye will bleed on everything, but is easy to wash out.

TIP: After dying, rinse your hair in the coldest water you can handle and be sure to use shampoo and conditioners that are sulfate free and color friendly like purple shampoos or L'Oréal EverPure Smooth Shampoo. Extend the lifetime of your dye also by shampooing less often and replacing with dry shampoo. My dry shampoo of choice is currently Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo

Review for popchips® ridges cheddar & sour cream - 1 month, 3 weeks ago
I got these for free in my resolutions voxbox and I am pleasantly surprised by the flavor and that they are only 100 calories. I must say I do not buy cheese flavored chips regularly but these were very flavorful and was a good flavor combination with sour cream. They did have a little too much of the cheddar/sour cream seasoning but the chips were still great as a quick snack. Not too high in salt either which is hard to find with chip-like snacks!

Review for Lipton® Serve Hot or Iced Tea Bags - 1 month, 4 weeks ago
Overall, this is NOT a tea to buy for hot tea. This is the go to for iced-tea due to the price and easy ability to buy in bulk. As a hot tea, it gets bitter very easily and is not very bold in flavor.

For Iced tea, i take about 12-15 bags per gallon and steep for several hours in room temp to cold water.
I have a carafe with an infuser so i'll add blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, whatever is in season to bump up the flavor of the iced tea, and i use honey as a sweetener = great iced tea!

Review for Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies - 2 months ago
The only cookies that I ever buy from the grocery store. Nuff said.
I never have them with milk, and I always split the cookie, eat one side then the other with the frosting 🍪🍪🍪🥛

Review for Oreo Thins Chocolate Sandwich Cookies - 2 months ago
Far and away the best iteration of Oreos that Nabisco has released. These are essentially the tea time version of oreos, which do not make you feel guilty for having a sweet treat in the middle of the day (even if it ends up being half the box). The light crispness of the cookie is the major change which makes this less cookie, more cracker-esque.

Review for SheaMoisture Olive & Green Tea Hand/Body Scrub - 2 months, 1 week ago
This was my first SheaMoisture purchase (at Ulta) and I could not be happier with this choice. I was looking at various body scrubs to choose from, and this one appealed the most to me due to the ingredients being all natural and organic. In addition to being all natural, they are all products that I consume on a daily/weekly basis so feel safe with using on my skin (avocado is in there too).
I easily get ingrown hairs, but also scar easily, so this body scrub is a perfect solution for me as it is not too rough but is enough to remove unnecessary dead skin.
Another perk to the ingredients is that unlike most beauty products, it is not flowery or too noxious, but smells exactly like what the label tells you - Olive Oil & Green tea.

Review for Bigelow Sweet Dreams Herb Tea - 2 months, 2 weeks ago
The perfect compliment to Netflix and falling asleep binge-watching the newest series. This tea is a blend of chamomile, hibiscus, mint, and rose which give off a wonderful aroma when steeping and a deep bright color of tea.
Hints of sweetness come through from the hibiscus which is a nice addition to the soothing mint and chamomile flavors. I highly recommend this blend for people that are not big fans of plain chamomile, but like how relaxing it is to have a big cup of tea at the end of the night.
