I did not think I would love this product as much as my Anastasia brow pencil but I ended up liking it way more. I find that the shade is perfect for my skin tone and it's dark without being obviously black. It blends in really well and is super precise and holds all day. I couldn't ask for more.
Pixked up a sample of this at Sephora after seeing Desi's video on YouTube and I am very impressed. I actually went back and bought the full size. This instantly makes skin look better almost like having a filter on. I was nervous about the color changing aspect of it at first but it does actually melt into the skin and looks unnoticeable. I tried out the medium/tan shade and it is perfect for my tan/olive toned complexion. The only complaint I have is that nowhere on the tube or the packaging does it actually list the shade. Also, this is supposed to be glowy but on me it's more of a natural almost semi matte finish. I use this after moisturizing. I expect this product to be very moisturizing but it is not. I have used it under foundations also and it works great.
I got a sample of this from Sephora to see what the hype was about. This is definitely a very glowy finish and perfect for anyone with dry skin or anyone who loves that wet skin look. I have combo skin, gets dry in certain areas and oily in the t-zone sometimes so I don't really love the finish. BUT that being said, I love everything else about this product. It doss, actually does everything it claims! It feels like a moisturizer and is very comfortable on the skin, and even though I have some discoloration and readiness it makes my skin look even. I only do one layer but I imagine if you did a second later it would do an even better job at covering. It lasts all day, even with me blotting 3-4 times throughout the day the coverage still looks good at the end of the day. I also have sensitive skin and this doesn't break me out, in fact it feels great at the end of the day. This is truly a great all in one product and I wish that YSL would make something similar in a more natural or satin finish. It would be a life changer! It is a tiny bit pricy but a little goes a long way.
I have the shade ginger and it's a perfect match for my tan yellow toned skin. It's light enough to use under the eyes without creasing and covers blemishes well too. I use it everyday and will keep repurchasing.
This is a good product, I bought it for it's versatility but I have not really used it a lot. I do not like that it has a super matte finish but this is pretty shade and works well on lips, eyes and cheeks.
It is a nice powder, sets my foundation well and when pressed in blurs pores as well. I have sensitive skin and this does not cause any issues. Four stars only because on my tan/olive skin the translucent can sometimes wash me out look like a slight white cast. I would definitely repurchase if it is available in other tones.
Recently purchased a set of 3 of these- candyman, wisp and butterfly beach. I love the creamy texture and they are nicely pigmented. Feels very similar to the new Lancome highlighters (forgetting the name but they come in similar jar type packaging). They blend well and are not overly glittery, but there are a few flecks here and there. Four stars only because of my personal preference for something more natural looking.
This is one of my fvorite Nars blushes, I like that it is matte. I am tan/olive and this works really well for my skin tone but would look good on just about anyone. As with every other Nars blush it is extremly pigmented so starting out with a light hand is the way to go.
