If i could rate this product 0 stars, i would. My sister gave this product to me to try out, and though i’m absolutely devoted to my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge™ and my MORPHE Complexion Blending Beauty Sponge, i went in with an open mind. I like the idea of the silicone ‘sponge’ and brushes, but i don’t think they are practical. They’re definitely more hygienic which is always a plus, but i don’t think that it’s one benefit outweighs the negatives. I did my normal foundation routine, used primer, and a normal amount of foundation that i’d use. On one side of my face, i used a sponge, and the other side, with the silicone sponge. As usual, the sponge blended my makeup nicely, no streaks, no enlarged pores, nothing. With the side that i used the silicone sponge on, it was a HOT MESS. It made my pores look HUGE, it was streaky, gross, and didn’t blend. all this did was move the foundation across my face and made me look EXTREMELY cakey. i’m almost embarrassed to attach these pictures because it makes me look like a complete newbie when it comes to foundation lol. this is pretty pricey for some silicone when elf has one super cheap that will probably do the same thing. (if these are your kind of thing). this product just didn’t work out for me and i’ll definitely continue using my sponge. make sure to wash your sponges and brushes and to toss your makeup sponge after a few months to prevent from bacteria building up.
PHOTOS: lol i know i didn’t blend it into my forehead or onto my neck, i simply applied it on my cheek area mostly to see how it’d look.
I paid $50 for this box and got products worth a grand total of $240. That right there is five stars in itself. I like that these are full sized products and not sample sized like with what IPSY does. I got a robe worth $84, with a nice fabric and it feels comfortable. It’s a bit sheer and the flower print is cute. I got a charcoal body scrub from Manna Kadar that has a champagne scent to it. it’s not overpowering and smells nice. It made my skin feel really soft and isn’t too rough but does exfoliate. I got a rose sleep in face mask but i’ve yet to try that haha. I got a facial cleanser from Tula, the smell is clean, and fresh. It felt hydrating and didn’t strip the oils from your face. Is fine for sensitive skin, no burning sensation. In the box, was also a cute necklace, a leave in conditioner, and a silicone sponge. overall, this is worth the investment and it’s like christmas all over again lol.
i don’t like this mascara at all. it’s clumpy, too thick. i don’t reach for this ever and i will never pay for this again. on top of that, covergirl isn’t cruelty free and i only wear cruelty free makeup now. Back when i used to use covergirl products, there are WAY better mascaras they have than this. definitely do not recommend to anyone.
i used to own this, and when i did i really liked it. it didn’t really burn too much, and the color was beautiful. this was one of the first lip products i owned back when i was a newbie at makeup. definitely recommend this.
i LOVE this. i’ve gone through so many bottles already because it’s my favorite skincare product. it’s cheap, and it smells lovely. I love to spray it on my face when i wake up, after a shower, and before bed. i love this spray so much and it leaves my skin glowing. i use this after i apply my foundation as well since i have dry skin, to make it look more soft and dewy.
I bought this primer recently at ulta, since i tossed out my expired NYX Studio Perfect Primer (which i definitely recommend as a dupe for the smashbox photofinish primer). I bought this because i deal with blotchy redness on my face, and i’ve used a smashbox color correcting primer in the past which i liked, so i got this product here. It’s very pigmented and has more of a lotion-like consistency, and it smells kinda like paint. The smell definitely ruins it just a bit for me, but i still gave it a go. i don’t know why, but when i applied my foundation over this, it looked cakey and weird. i’ll have to try it out a few more times, but so far it’s eh for me.
I bought the rainbow version of this palette. i went into ulta for the james charles palette but it was sold out, not to my surprise. so instead i left with this cute palette, and i’ve been excited to try it out since i bought it. today i did use it. and some of the shades are pretty sheer and require some building up. for example, the mustard shade is very sheer. i really do like the formula of these colors, and it’s easy to carry in your bag, and is cute. i love the colors since i’ve been needing more shades to work with besides my neutrals and reds. today i created a look using the yellow, green, and blue shades. i was pleasantly surprised at how my look turned out, and i topped my look with the Nyx Professional Makeup Sprinkle Town Glitter Palette Mint - 0.14oz, Peppermint to add some sparkle.

I tossed out my tarte shape tape (which was sad) because it was expensive, but it was also expired. i have thrown out all of my expired makeup and replaced my collection with new ones, and because i didn’t want to spend a lot of money on another concealer, i settled for this one. I’ve used it a few times now and i REALLY love this. it’s a dupe for the shape tape, and i really think i like this concealer better. i spent $3 on it, and the packaging is really nice and the formula is really really good and long lasting. a little bit goes a LONG way, just as an FYI for those who aren’t full coverage queens. it’s very full in coverage and it doesn’t smell bad. it goes really nice with the e.l.f. Cosmetics Flawless Finish Foundation. definitely recommend this.
