I'm a professional hair and makeup artist. As well as a "Jack of all trades". I absolutely love makeup, cooking from scratch and anything diy from learning how to metal cast my own jewlry to making stuff from pallets and well just anything. I love trying new things and helping others discover what looks and feels best for them making them feel better physically and mentally. It makes me happier to see the reaction of giving someone a gift than to receive one. I'm also a tattooed promotional model. I believe everyone is born with a special ability but wether they are open enough to recognise and utilize their gift is another story. My religious aspects are one of my own comprised of pieces of ancient Greek and Roman and Mexican beliefs and practices. I fully believe in the Saints per Mexican beliefs and practice many of their healing rituals. I also believe you may consider someone you knew that has passed a saint and pray to them as well. I am planning my wedding and reception to be mostly DIY with a section specifically for kids with life sized games like jenga to keeps children occupied so parents can stay longer and enjoy themselves. I collect antiques of any kind but mostly coca cola, depression glass and any kitchen or laundry antique. I also am obsessed with kitchen gadgets and office supplies. Basically I dabble in just about everything
OPI Infinite Shine Base Coat, Strengthening Primer is definitely worth the money. My nails tend to become very fragile as they get longer and break quite easily, its genetic, but with the use of OPI Strengthening Primer my nails have been able to grow quite long, au-natural. I apply a couple of coats of the strengthening primer a few times a week until they get the desired length, then keeping the primer on i apply the color coat and a strengthening top coat and it seems to work quite well for me. My hands are constantly in water as I am a professional Hair and Makeup Artist, so that also attributes to my nails being fragile and breaking quite easily. I haven't found any other strengthening primers that work anywhere near as well as this one. I definitely recommend it
For the price I was really expcting Essie's Ridge Filling base coat to provide more than the regular old run of the mill cheapo nail polishes. Essie gets me with their bright colors and unique styles on the regular polishes, but there was nothing special about this ridge filling base coat that I couldn't have gotten from a cheaper polish. It chipped quickly, causing my color polish and top coats to chip along with it which made me quite sad. It felt like it was sticky and goopy and took forever to dry. I will continue to purchase Essies color polishes but not any more of their base coats.
Paul Mitchell Smoothing Super Skinny Serum is a MUST in my EVERYDAY routine. Before I tried Super Skinny I had tried a TON of smooth serums and none seemed to work, I am in love with this one! It seems pricey but it is worth it, its effective, it works all day long, it by far exceeds my expectations. As a professional Hair Artist I have had the ability to work with every hair type possible and use just about every product known to man, and Paul Mitchell Smoothing Super Skinny Serum has proven to be the most versatile and effective smoothing serum that works to every hair type no matter your ethnicity or hair type! Just becareful if you have fine frizzy hair or oily hair, you can easily overuse this product. All in all if you use it properly you will effectively achieve silky smooth, frizz free, beautiful hair in any weather (even in Florida humidity). If used properly your hair wont be weighed down or look greasy. In my experience most people who do not like this product is because they overuse it. It conditions your hair as well. Beware though it is a silicone based product, so make sure you use a cleansing shampoo when you wash your hair so that you dont end up with product build up :)
Dry, Oily, Wavy, Coarse, Thick, Chemically Treated, Color Treated
As a professional Hair Artist I fully recommend Paul Mitchells Spray wax for shot hair or choppy, funky hair styles. Paul Mitchells Spray Wa offers "bendable hold" or where your hair holds its style but still allows for movement, meaning you wont have helmet head! This product is meant to be used on dry hair, it creates a satin finish without looking oily, and light flexible beeswax offers movement and pliability. The amazing thing about this product is that it can be used on any length of hair, and any style. It might seem expensive, but I don't know of another aerosol product out there comparable to this one, I don't know of any other company that has a wax that can spray out as a mist! On fine, thin hair, it offers the ability to add volume to your hair and hold ALL DAY! For thick coarse hair, it offers the ability for pliable, flexible hold that lasts all day! Curley, Straight, Wavy, Synthetic, Braids, Dreds, Long, Medium, Short, it works on ALL hair types. I will suggest though, that you clean the tip with a wet cloth or baby wipe after use to avoid the tip being clogged. Be wary though, it is VERY easy to overuse this product and get a bad taste in your mouth for it. Keep an open mind and take the time to learn how to use it and I can guarantee it will become a staple product in your haircare routine!

Graco 4Ever 4 in 1 Convertible Car Seat is designed to be the only car seat you will need from birth to the child no longer needing a car seat! While I cant imagine a SINGLE car seat lasting that long so far into the third year the carseat is proving to hold up to expectations! It is designed for rear facing up to 40 pounds, converts to a forwards facing seat, then to a high back booster and eventually a backless booster seat!! There are 10 color options with washable cover, a 10 year epiration date, twin cupholders, a steel reinforced frame with a bubble level indicator to let you know if it is safely installed! 6 recline position, 10 position headrest with single handed adjustment, I mean-- this carseat is the king of kings when it comes to car seat heigharchy! This seat adapts to your childs growth adhering to their safety and comfort allowing for you to be able to drive stress free! One thing I dont really like about it, is unlike most convertible car seats it doesnt serve as a portable for infants, it is designed to stay in the car at all times
I am a big fan of the Pampers Thick Care Unscented Wipes, especially for #2 diaper changes, after meals on the go, picknicks, trips to the park. There are less in the package for the price, but due to the size and thickness and efficiency of these wipes you only have to use one of these as opposed to three or four of the others. I like the fact they are extremely durable and do not rip or tear. They successfully clean up any messy situation. I use them on the kids, on their toys, car seats, high chairs, I even use them for myself in the ladies room and for makeup removal, I also take them with us on camping trips for quick clean ups. Theyre amazing, I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Especially if you have two or more young children!
The Pampers Pop-Up Package 56 ct has proven to be a very beneficial product for me to buy, very helpful. I like the fact that the package is in the travel plastic with the hard sealant top allowing the wipes to pop up and have a good tight seal preventing them from dying out as opposed to the sticky top on the normal packages that eventually declines to seal and the wipes dry out. It also allows for us to pull out one wipe at a time as opposed to having to dig through the package and pull over several wipes at once, wasting them. These wipes are good for traveling, keeping in the diaper bag, good for sharing with others, theyre just all around good to have on hand anywhere anytime.
Basically everything I can say about the Boogie Wipes Saline Nose Wipes Fresh Scent I just said in my review of the Boogie Wipes Saline Nose Wipes Unscented review. When I first saw these I had not heard of them before so I didn't quite know what to expect, but I HAD to buy them because the name was AWESOME, and having custody of both my son and nephew who were exactly 9 months apart, there was always a runny nose, a crusted boogie, a trail of dried snot, or a finger in a nose. lol. As I said in my other review anyone that has fought the battle against a crusted boogie knows that it is a fight to death, and usually the boogie prevails. If we do "win" it usually entails prying the crusted boogie from the face of the child now we have a screaming angry crying toddler who is hellbent on revenge.... or having to do the sneak attack wipe where we end up smearing snot all across the face and the child escapes. *sigh* But with boogie wipes something in the saline solution seems to loosen the crusted boogie for easy and pain free removal, effectively wipes away the crusted snot trail, and seems to be able to provide some sort of barrier to prevent snot and super boogies from streaming down into the mouth of the child (oh thank God!). And I think the packaging and the name "boogie wipes" actually helps gain the interest of the child and in the case of mine actually gains enough interest that they want to use the wipes themselves!! HALLELUJAH! I actually keep several travel sized packages of boogie wipes in my purse and in the diaper bag in the event that I see another parent in dire need of the assistance of boogie wipes, then I not only recommend them, but i am able to provide them with the ability to try it before they buy it!
Boogie Wipes Saline Nose Wipes Unscented are AWESOME! When I first saw these I had no expectations as I had never heard of them, but I HAD to buy them just because of the name! They were quite affordable, and I liked the fact that they were boogie wipes because my son had a perpetual runny nose and my nephew somehow always had a crusty booger chillin in his nose. Their fingers were always in their noses, I use to tell them they we're gonna poke their brains if they kept sticking their fingers up there lol . Anyone that has battled a crusted boogie on a childs nose knows that its a fight to death, and often times, the parent loses and the boogie previals. Even if we "win" the crusted boogie has to be pried off and now you have a screaming extremely angry toddler and are probably being retaliated against. So that being said, boogie wipes were a godsend. My son was prone to allergic reactions so the unscented version proved to be very beneficial. The saline solution on the boogie wipes effectively loosens up the crusted boogies for easy and pain free removal of the invaded crusties, it also easily wipes away the dried trail of snot and seems to provide some sort of barrier to a runny nose that prevents it from running down the lip and ending up in the mouth! (Thank the Gods!) I love Boogie Wipes and I actually keep extra travel sized packs of them with me to give to other parents that may be in need of them!
