I love the store itself because my 2-3 local gamestops actually have competent employees (i.e., they know what to recommend, keep the stores clean and have a fairly good idea on suggestions to fix issues). We're also rewards pro members with 2 pre-teen boys, so the extra "discount" helps when buying used games.
The pros, however, pretty much stop there. Gamestop gets 1 star for every other experience ...and negative stars if I could give it for their non-existent online customer service.
Someone here mentioned it before, but look at their FB page full of visitor complaints and you'd wonder why the BBB hasn't yet been called in. Having experienced it myself this past holiday season, the online website/shopping cart "ate" about $20 off a gamestop gift card (i.e., funds were put on hold but product not received when the online cart crashed). They also forget to mention their "holds" don't automatically clear on their gift cards, you have to call someone. With no email or social media response, you're stuck with contacting online customer service which currently have average hold times of 1.5 - 3 HOURS (no that's not a typo - it is between 90 - 180 minutes of waiting on the phone to talk to a human being) to release the hold. I could never wait past the 1.5 hour mark so the few times I attempted, I hung up. My issue was finally resolved a little over a MONTH after it occurred when their twitter email responded (a week and a half after I appealed to them) and cleared the hold on my gift card (note I gave them full details of date/time of the issue and the gift card number, so that might be why it was cleared up so "soon", otherwise it could've been another month before anyone responded back).
If you're dealing with this company - just do it in store, in person, otherwise expect pretty much complete abandonment and hope of getting someone to help you out.
Let me start by saying these used to be my absolute favorite go to wipes. In fact, my now pre-teen kids used these when they were babies... so it made sense these are what I'd go to when I had my new DS (now 9 months old). We did and they were great, BUT we stopped using these around september/october of last year (2016) as they decided to change the formula on us. Changing the formula (in my opinion) made the wipes unusable. Not only did they not actually pick anything up (it just sort of moved things around), but the new wipes were so dry they ended up being super harsh on my baby's skin :( Definitely would recommend other moms to stay away and not waste their time/money on these
Not much to say besides these are the absolute best diapers I've found for the money (function wise). They are soft, highly absorbent and keep baby dry (even overnight) with no leaks. Love the wetness indicator and the tab guides as it makes it easy for even my parents (i.e., the grandparents) to change my DS ...in fact, they LOVE those features so much they actually call it diapering for dummies ;)
I found these at buy buy baby and I have to admit whoever invented them was an absolute genius! They easily screw onto the baby food pouches (so literally you unscrew the cap to the food pouch and then screw these on) and then squeeze. Perfect for babies who aren't yet feeding themselves and are super impatient to be eating (like my DS)! Best of all there's virtually no mess to clean up and the spoons can be thrown into the dishwasher along with the dishes. Also comes with a handy travel case for lunch/dinner is on the go :)
Love this product! Not only does it smell great, but it's eco friendly. Also, as a bonus we've got a couple of people in this household with really sensitive skin (including the new baby) and this detergent passes their sensitivity test :)
If you're a fan of chocolate and coconuts, this will be your go to candy bar! Love the fact that one "bar" is really 2 mini bars, so I can snack without feeling like I should "finish" the entire thing. Also love that just a bite or 2 is more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth :)
Picked one of these up at target. The cream smells great (it's cocoa butter after all) and lasts pretty much throughout the day. It's perfect for those with sensitive and dry skin. I use it everyday, especially during the winter (it's one of my go to staples)
I have dry skin and am pretty picky about what goes on my face. Love this product as it goes on without being too oily and actually moisturizes my skin. It also helps knowing that this product has 30 SPF which is great for helping protect my skin from sun damage (not a fan of premature aging) :)
