There are so many wonderful aspects of this show, but the stand out to me is the acting. All the actors, especially the kids, are amazing. I normally don't like sci-fi storylines, but they make it convincing, exciting, and extremely enjoyable.
I've never tried any other makeup setting spray, and I don't think I ever will since this is so great! I've used this for days when I've been outside in 90+ degree weather for 5+ hours with a full face of makeup, and I look almost as good as when I started in the morning (obviously this can't prevent sweat).
This is the one scenario where I can say the movie is just as great as the book is. I recommend reading the book before you go in order to understand more of the backstory than the movie has time to give you.
As a 90s kid, I love being able to bond with my parents (who were born in the late 60s) over John Hughes movies, especially this one. Even though it's been several decades since this film was first released, it's still relateable and relevant today. There are also so many quotable lines that I forget about until I watch it again.
This show offers a perspective that isn't often explored in pop culture - twenty-somethings who aren't where they hoped they'd be in life, but are still having fun and building relationships. It's refreshing to see that not everyone has it all together when it seems like every other person in my life and character on television does.
I'm glad Taylor did an entire album all on her own, but I have to admit I like what happens when she collaborates with other talented people. I think that brings out the best work from Taylor. However, this album does contain many great songs, including "Enchanted."
This show is witty and sharp while managing to cover a variety of issues that exist in our culture today. Watching it gave me an opportunity to laugh as well as reflect on the "isms" that my friends and I deal with on a daily basis.
This movie never gets old. I laugh out loud every time I watch it and find a new funny moment every time. My friends and I quote this movie all the time. I'm glad this movie really introduced the world to Melissa McCarthy's hilarious side that wasn't seen nearly enough in Gilmore Girls.
While this isn't my favorite overall Taylor Swift album, it does contain some of my favorite songs from her, including "All Too Well." It really shows how great of a songwriter she is, despite what some people say. This album acted as a good transition for her from country to pop.
