These are very popular among fans of Colourpop. They are affordable at about $6 & come in a variety of colors & finishes. They are pigmented, but I find them difficult to work with. They apply best with a finger & are a different consistency than other shadows so they don’t blend well. I dislike the packaging because it takes up too much space & they can’t be depotted because they will dry out.
This foundation is full coverage & despite the word luminous in the name, NARS calls this a matte foundation. You can buy this at SEPHORA for $49 (1oz). The formula isn’t heavy, but provides good coverage that can be adjusted with different application methods. It was created to be applied with fingers, but I prefer to apply in a stippling motion with a dense brush. Mont Blanc is the closest shade for me, but is still a bit too warm/yellow. I do find that the deeper shades tend to be more of the cool/ red undertones. I do notice some separation around my nose throughout the day, but otherwise it wears well.
This a great gentle exfoliator that is good for all skin types, even sensitive skin. I like to keep these in my kit to prep skin before makeup because they're easy to use and there's no mess. These sell for $30 for 60 pads at Sephora
You will not find more pigmented, easy to blend shadows than Viseart. The price tag is usually a shock at $80, but if you compare the price is actually similar or cheaper than other brands. Viseart shadows breakdown to $6.66 for each 2g shadow. For comparison, a MAC shadow is $6 for 1.5g
I love the liquid suedes from NYX and I've bought two of these vaults. The minis are the perfect size to throw in a purse or a more practical size for my freelance kit. I even use these as bold liquid eye liners or bases for a bolder shadow. The vault is usually $65, but usually goes in sake at Ulta. Unfortunately, it's a holiday bundle.
I use this mask personally and in my kit. It's great for a mask before bed or putting on a client to prepare for lipstick. It's hydrating, but not too thick and doesn't have an overwhelming flavor. It's $26 for 0.52oz at Sephora. My only complaint with this is that if you bend the tube a lot it can crack and leak. However, there is a lip balm version of this so if you don't like the tube that's an option. I keep the tube in my kit because it's easier for sanitation purposes.
