This is a really nice sunscreen. It's lightweight but gives excellent sun protection, which is all I can really ask for in a sunscreen. It layers really well under makeup too, making it perfect for everyday use. My only issue with this sunscreen is the price, for me it's just too expensive for an everyday sunscreen, but the formula is excellent if it works for your budget.
Ok, I get it. Snail mucin doesn't sound appealing. But trust me, it's worth getting over the ick factor to use this product. This essence is OUTSTANDING. It heals your skin, soothes irritation, hydrates, and makes skin feel so soft. It truly shrinks down the size of my acne blemishes, and makes my skin feels so great. Yes, the texture is a little slimy, but trust me, it's really worth it.
If you have a huge pimple that needs to go down, this is the way to do it! These patches dramatically reduce the size of pimples. They are hydrocolloid patches, which means that they pull gunk out of your pores, so if you're brave, you should lance your blemish, then slap one of these patches on top to really clear out your pores. If you're a baby like me, you don't have to lance your pimple, and it will still shrink down the size of the pimple (though it will take longer to go away). Bottom line, these are outstanding to keep on hand when a monster pimple comes around.
This rose stem cell face mask is really outstanding. All of the Peter Thomas Roth gel masks are great, but this one is particularly great for hydrating, brightening, and shrinking pores. The gel has a nice cooling effect and smells like roses, which I absolutely love. Once you wash it off your skin looks significantly better, this is such an awesome mask to really amp up your skin.
This cream acts in a similar way to the Mario Badescu drying lotion, but much, much better. This is a spot treatment cream for large zits (though I imagine you could use it on a breakout area too), and it soothes and dries out pimples overnight! It's never going to absorb into the skin so you definitely only want to use this at night, but this stuff DRAMATICALLY reduces the size of my pimples and soothes the redness.
This kit is a great way to try out two of Drunk Elephant's serums. Both can be used day or night, and are just outstanding. The B-Hydra serum is a lightweight gel that really hydrates your skin, and the C-firma serum contains the best form of vitamin C for firming, brightening, and anti-aging. One thing to mention is that when applying the C-Firma, you have to wait 20 minutes for it to absorb before layering anything else on top of it.
This is a great sleeping pack for the winter! It's very hydrating, it has wonderful skin-soothing ingredients, and it really seals in everything underneath it. This should be used as the last step in a nighttime skincare routine, because anything put on top of this won't sink into your skin. This is outstanding for healing damaged skin, after using it overnight my skin is luminous and soothed the next day. It is a little sticky, but I don't mind that for a sleeping pack.
Tony Moly sheet masks are usually the gateway drug to sheet masks and K-beauty in general, and for good reason. This is a solid mask that smells nice, and will tighten pores and brighten your skin. There are many, many masks on the market that are better than this one, but you can buy Tony Moly a ton of places, and it does give you standard sheet mask results. It's a great way to get started with sheet masks, and the rose scent is really nice if you like rose.
I was really surprised at how hydrating this primer is! A little goes a long way and does a really good job of keeping my skin feeling moisturized. I've tried this on its own in place of moisturizer, but I prefer it as a primer layered under makeup (it leaves a slight residue on my skin that goes away once I put on foundation). It layers beautifully though, and helps me maintain a dewy look throughout the day - if I don't use a hydrating primer my makeup starts looking really fake after a few hours. Overall I'm really happy to have a nice hydrating primer at a drugstore price!
