Skip these! There is a ton of controversy surrounding this launch and many complaints about the shadows lack of pigmentation, performance and other issues. As a matter of fact, as of 8/26/18, many Ulta stores have completely pulled the palettes from their stores and removed the displays, citing a high return rate. The fact is that Morphe and Jaclyn lied to customers when they stated that they destroyed an original batch of “bad palettes” and remade them with a corrected formula and pressing. They didn’t have time to correct and remake a large number of palettes. The originals had already been shipped to Ulta stores and were never pulled. There is no record of new ones ever being imported from China, nor is there a certificate of destruction showing that the bad ones were destroyed. Morphe is how ignoring thousands of customer complaints and emails, leaving customers stuck with eyeshadow palettes that they cannot use.
The shadows lack pigmentation and fade away completely on the eyes within an hour or two, if you can get them to apply in the first place. Many of the shades blend away while working with them on the eyes, and they turn muddy when you try to layer them. Don’t be deceived by a millionaire influencer who cares only about her profits.
I now own most of the Viseart eyeshadow palettes, and I truly believe they are the best eyeshadows available, especially their matte palettes. Viseart contains the highest percentage of pigments available on the beauty market today. They are handmade and hand-pressed in France, a rarity in today’s world of products being made and imported from China. Don’t let the price steer you away. There’s a reason for the price, and it’s not as high as it seems. The eyeshadows break down to a cost of only $3.33 per gram. That is much less expensive than the price per gram for brands such as Anastasia Beverly Hills, MAC, and Makeup Geek. Viseart doesn’t contain all of the cheap fillers that many other brands add to their shadows in an effort to lower the cost.
The biggest complaints I see about Viseart from people who aren’t makeup artists are that the formula feels dry to the touch and the packaging isn’t fancy. Well, the packaging shouldn’t be fancy. The concern should be with the quality and performance, not packaging that nobody else will ever see. Viseart 12 pan palettes were made specifically for professional makeup artists working in film and photography. It’s only been within the past 2 years that non-professional consumers have discovered the brand and become interested. Viseart focuses on quality and performance over frills and fillers. While the formula feels drier to the touch than other brands who put cheap fillers in their formula, the higher pigment % ensures that the eyeshadows show true to color on all skin tones, the formula blends out perfectly and easily, and it truly lasts all day and night until you remove it with eye makeup remover. The formula doesn’t have a lot of “fallout” and “kickup” that other brands do, which saves you money by not wasting a lot of product when you’re applying it.
If you’re safisfied with cheap makeup from China that is usually even more expensive, then that’s great. But if you want quality over frills, try Viseart.

I absolutely love the Viseart professional palettes, but their mini palettes missed the mark for me in a big way. Viseart is known to be a maker of premier, professional-grade eyeshadows that are used by professionals in photo shoots, magazines, and film. They are all handmade and hand pressed in Italy, in small batches. Recently there became more of a demand for Viseart to make affordable options targeted to the average consumer market - for non-professional use. That’s when they released their mini palettes and Theory palettes, which give consumers the ability to try the line at a more affordable price. I don’t find the quality or consistency to be the same with these smaller palettes, and although I own all of them, I never use them. It saddens me because I fear that most people judge the entire brand by the quality of the minis. It’s also interesting to know that while the mini palettes combine a selection of matte and shimmer eyeshadows, this is a concept that Viseart stays away from when developing and packaging their professional palettes. They have stated that professional palettes should not mix shimmers with mattes because the crossover of shimmer pigments into the mattes can literally ruin an entire professional look when shot on film /camera. I honestly don’t recommend these, even to people who just want to “try” the brand before spending $80 on one of their pro palettes. The quality just isn’t the same as what you receive in a 12 pan pro palette.
I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of this particular Huda Beauty eyeshadow palette. There are much better alternatives available that provide a better quality for the money. I like the Huda Beauty liquid lipsticks, but I generally haven’t found their eyeshadows to be on par compared to other brands. They are very dry, don’t blend as easily as they should, and some of the shimmers and glitters are difficult to work with. Sorry, but I can’t recommend this one.
I absolutely love the Ordinary Marula Oil, and I use it at least 1-2x every day in my regular skincare routine. I originally purchased this to test it and see how it compares to the more expensive Marula Oil from Drunk Elephant, which sells for $72 / 1 ounce. In comparison, The Ordinary’s Marula Oil retails for just $9.90. I honestly could not tell any difference between the 2 different brands and certainly not enough to justify such a wide price discrepancy. Marula Oil is one of the smoothest, softest, hydrating, and fast absorbing oils you can incorporate into your routine. I usually mix 2-3 drops of this oil into one of my moisturizers or another serum. It’s an absolute godsend for those with dry skin. Facial oils also help your other skincare products absorb faster and deeper, as your skin requires hydration and natural oils to absorb those products and ensure they work more effectively. You really can’t go wrong with this product. Don’t be afraid that it will feel or appear greasy. It doesn’t. It’s very lightweight and absorbs within a minute, especially if you apply it correctly or mix it with another product. Highly recommend this!

Dr. Jart’s Ceramidin Liquid is one of my daily go-to skincare products, especially during the winter (or any other season) when my skin is much drier than normal. I highly recommend this for anyone with dry skin who wants a hydrating serum that will sink in to your skin. It wears well under makeup, contrary to the thicker Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream, which is too thick to apply in the morning under makeup. The liquid is literally a liquid form of the Ceramidin product that applies like a thicker serum and absorbs within a few minutes.

Viseart makes some the best professional grade matte eyeshadows available on the market today. I own almost all of their matte palettes (including the Neutral Mattes) and a few of their shimmers. The Neutral Matte palette is the one I use on a daily basis. The eyeshadows are smooth, long-lasting and very easy to blend. They feel a little dry when touching them with your fingers, but that is in no way an indication of how they apply to the eyes, blend and perform. One of the biggest complaints I see from others is the price point of Viseart pro palettes. However, it’s important to understand that these are professional-grade eyeshadows that were originally made for use in professional work (such as photography, film, etc.), and they were not originally made for the general consumer market. Viseart shadows contain the highest level of pigments currently available from any other brand on the market, at approximately 70% pigment. They are also handmade and hand pressed in Italy in very small batches to ensure quality consistency and control. Another important consideration with the price.... it’s always important to break down a palette’s price per gram to get an objective understanding of the price and value compared to other eyeshadows and brands. Viseart is actually one of the most inexpensive eyeshadows available, especially considering the quality, amount of pigments, and price per gram. I published an article about this on my website that outlines the price per gram for some popular eyeshadow palettes and brands. When you look at that comparison table, you’ll see that a Viseart 12 pan palette comes to a price of $3.33 per gram, while other brands are much higher or the same price. For example, a standard Makeup Geek shadow is also $3.33 per gram. A full sized ColourPop pressed shadow is $3.33 per gram. A Mac shadow is $4 per gram. When you buy a palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills (such as Norvina or Modern Renaissance), you are paying $4.29 per gram. Hopefully this information helps put the price point into perspective. What seems like an “expensive” eyeshadow often isn’t so expensive when you carefully look at the amount of product you’re receiving and figure the actual objective cost of that shadow per gram. The quality of the ingredients, high pigment levels, quality control and quality, cannot he argued with when considering Viseart.
It’s VERY important to understand that the 12 pan Viseart palettes are different than their “mini” palettes and Theory palettes. The Theory and mini palettes were recently created to meet a new consumer market of non-professionals (those who aren’t pro makeup artists). Those palettes are at a lower price point to target that audience. Those palettes also contain a mixture of mattes and shimmers, a concept that Viseart does not do in their pro palettes since shimmer pigments can accidentally mix in with the mattes and ruin a professional look or photo shoot. I have found the quality of the consumer grade palettes is not the same as the 12 pan pro palettes, so it’s important to keep this in mind.
Couldn’t ask for a better airline. Excellent service. Almost always on time. Friendly staff. Low rates. I love their specials. They almost always have direct flights to any destination in the USA. Never lost my luggage. Yes, you have to plan ahead because they don’t assign seats, but I don’t mind. They have more seat room than any other airline I’ve ever flown. Unless I have to travel internationally, I’ll never fly any other airline.
I received this complimentary from Influenster for my honest, unbiased opinion. I have very thick hair that is color treated and tangles easily. I’m always honest and won’t sugar coat anything this time. This conditioner just didn’t do it for me. I think it would be a great option for people with thin, straight hair that isn’t color treated. For others, it’s just not enough. The only positive thing I can offer is that a little bit of the goes a very long way. It’s like a mousse. A little squirt of this will literally spread thru your entire hair, and my hair is pretty long. To be honest, I’ve never really been a fan of Pantene products. I just haven’t found a product that didn’t leave horrible residue in my hair or that left my hair feeling healthy. While this was thinner and not as healthy, it just wasn’t the right fit for my personal hair type. Maybe it will work better for you though. Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Foam Conditioner
