I am sich a big fan of Dole fruits! I buy different kinds for my family. I lovevthe fact that Dole fruits are in their natural juices and have no extra flavors or sweetners added. As a result, we are left feeling healthy instead of getting a stomachache for eating added preservatives and flavors. Pineapples are my absolute favorite!
I have dedicated myself to living a more healthy lifestyle. I am going to take brisk walks daily and walking on the treadmill whenever possible. I will walk on the treadmill and get my exercise on. My first challenge this year was the 30 squat challenge. It was hard, but I conquered it!
