I might be the only American that doesn't like plain Hershey's chocolate but I am afraid after being overseas it just can't compare to some of the European chocolates I have come to love. It's way too bland, not creamy enough & it's just missing something.
For 6 long years I've stuck with Sprint & for each passing year I've hated it more. They outsource customer service & have been doing so for a while. When I was out a job a few years ago & the economy first tanked I didn't appreciate speaking to someone in Finland (YES Finland of all places) when I called about my phone. We went round and round & I could barely understand them & I am married to a Scandinavian!
When I first received my Blackberry Tour from Sprint it was supposed to be brand new. Well, someone else's email was in the phone. The phone continuously had problems and I could not get them to exchange the phone for anything! They told me over and over it was a brand new phone although I knew it was not. I paid $200 for the thing & on top of that I was supposed to get a rebate but because of a "mistake" made by their customer service (they turned the phone on at the wrong time therefore voiding the rebate) I never received my rebates! & whenever you would call they would tell you the "rebate" area is a different part of the company. Basically all I could ever find out is you have to communicate with them by pen & paper!
So for 2 long years I was stuck w/ this phone & they did nothing to help. Finally I got a rep to help me in person. It still took 3 months to get my "new" phone after paying $7 insurance for it for 2 years. Guess what I got? REFURBISHED piece of crap that has the same problems! My husband who has the exact same phone has never had any of the problems I've had with his..
Besides having a worthless phone for the past 2 years I have also experienced more calls dropped than with any other company, ever. I live in a highly populated area & yet I routinely have only 2 bars on my phone at all times.
Recently I started working with a competitor on my blog & it's opened my eyes up to just how bad Sprint really is.
My contract is up and thankfully so because I can't stand to pay $160 a month for 2 blackberries. (they charge you MORE for having a blackberry).
