I've been dying for a Kitchenaid for YEARS and I finally got one for Christmas this year. I adore this mixer- it is easy to use and clean and the color is gorgeous. It makes batter smooth and icing fluffy. I can't wait to start buying attachments for it, it's amazing.
I LOVE this mask!! when you first put it on, it feels like it is warming your skin up and smells nice and relaxing, you leave it on for a few minutes and then rub gently to activate the sugar scrub. it gets out all the dirt and gunk from your pores, gets rid of dead skin and leaves your face feeling fresh and clean.
I've been a maven for roughly 2 years now and i love it. they do pretty great with picking out the colors based on your style, but you always have the option of adding on more product or polish or changing your box. you earn points for taking your box every month which you can redeem for add ons. if you take your box 3 months straight, you get a free polish. it's relatively inexpensive for the product quality your getting (i.e. i don't think it's more expensive than opi, zoya, essie, etc). i also really like when they do the mystery box sales. julep is always asking for feedback from mavens, and they actually listen- that's how the modern beauty box came to be.
I've been a fan of zoya for a while. they have a great variety of colors in their collection and you can shop by finish or color family. the polish formulas go on beautifully and don't stain nails. they are a bit expensive though.
I love the patterns on these nail polish strips. they are pretty easy to apply, however they don't always go on correctly, and can be ragged at the edges, meaning they can peel easily. also, i don't think they are sized for everyone's fingers, and unless you are good with trimming them, you will wind up with strips being a little too small or too big for your fingers. overall, when applied correctly they last a while. i like them for being able to try different nail art without having to have a steady hand.
Colors and durability are awesome, but the polish can get expensive. i generally don't have to use more than 2 coats to get total coverage and it doesn't chip easily. i also like that most salons carry the line, so if I'm not sure i will like how a color is going to look on me, i can just get it when i go for a manicure before i spend the money to buy it.
These things are great. If you've ever been in a rest stop bathroom or a port-a-potty with no soap, you totally understand what I mean. They smell amazing, and the holders are so cute and hook nicely around your purse strap, so you never have to go digging with dirty, germy hands. They're also really cheap! A lot of them also have moisturizing beads, so they won't dry out your hands, even if you find yourself having to use it a lot.
