From their website:" Valerian and Organic Chamomile can help calm occasional nervousness and restlessness. Then we add Passionflower, used in Native American blends to helps reduce every day stress to support sleep." It works great for me! I drink a cup about an hour before I want to fall asleep, and I think it helps me to wind down during that time. It also helps me to stay asleep. It has a nice flavor too.
Savannah W. asked, “Is there a specific ingredient in this tea that helps you fall asleep? I have insomnia so I'm looking for something to help me fall asleep”
I paid $6.96 for this at Walmart. However, I would not recommend this product, especially if you have sensitive skin. It is very drying, probably due to the amount of salicylic acid it contains. It caused my skin not only to be dry but very irritated. It may work better for you if you have very oily skins which I do not have. I just have acne prone skin.
Brittany H. asked, “I've always been trying different thing for my acne and I see this everywhere and was wondering if it really works? And if it does how much is the cost of it?”
I have super sensitive skin, and this is hands down the absolute BEST I have used. The sensitive formula does not have fragrance and oxybenzone like the regular. That is two main ingredient changes, and I don't feel either of those ingredients are necessary. They are just bad for you. The sensitive definitely stays on just as well and gives the same amount of protection in my opinion. You may need to reapply every couple of hours if you are extremely active in the water. It absorbs so well into your skin. It isn't sticky or oily like so many other. LOVE IT!!
LP M. asked, “How does the sensitive version of this sunscreen compare to the regular version of Blue Lizard? Have you found it offers the same amount (or similar) of protection? How about after swimming? ”
